Seniors Day Program

We're excited to launch our Seniors Day Program, which will feature 8 weeks of programming designed to foster a welcoming community where older adults can connect, learn, create, and stay active.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi feature gentle, flowing movements that improve balance, strength, and focus while promoting mindfulness and calm.

Online Chair Yoga

Online chair yoga is a relaxed, low-impact way to stretch and restore energy from the comfort of home.

Movement & Mobility

Join us for Movement & Mobility for light fitness to piano music to help with balance and to keep joints flexible, muscles strong and bodies moving with ease.

Walkers & Talkers

Walkers & Talkers features social strolls through the neighbourhood that combine exercise, conversation and fresh air.

Book Club

Our Book Club exchanges spark ideas, laughter, and friendship through shared reading and lively discussion each month at 7:30 - 9:00 PM.
