Drop in from 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM on Monday to Thursdays and make yourself at home. Also free feel to check out our Art Gallery and Book Room while you're here!

Come with a friend or two, join a class, or simply stop by for a chat. We have paid and free programs ranging from movement and wellness to social activities, learning, and creative programs.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi feature gentle, flowing movements that improve balance, strength, and focus while promoting mindfulness and calm. We offer two levels of Tai Chi; Beginner, and Intermediate

Online Chair Yoga

Online Chair Yoga is a relaxed, low-impact way to stretch and restore energy from the comfort of home.

Movement & Mobility

Join us for Movement & Mobility for light fitness to piano music to help older seniors with balance and to keep joints flexible, muscles strong and bodies moving with ease.

Baby Yoga

Baby Yoga is a great connection point for new parents, led by a certified instructor, emphasizing strength, balance and mindful movement with your newborn.

Seniors Day Program

We're excited to launch our pilot Seniors Day Program, a year of programming designed to foster a welcoming community where older adults can connect, learn, create, and stay active. Adults aged 50+ welcome!

Come by to enjoy our weekly programming in:

  • Tech Support. Get comfortable with technology! Guest speakers will share ways to stay safe online and avoid scams. Bring your devices in for personalized support from staff and students.

  • Sing-Along. Sing your heart out to all the classics,  accompanied by live piano. Lyrics are provided, so just bring your voice! Have a favourite song Bring it along! Each month will feature a new theme/era.

  • Woodworking. Learn traditional woodworking techniques and joinery using hand tools and a variety of woods. 

  • Dance. Stay active with energetic Salsa and Zumba moves set to upbeat music. No dance experience or partner required.

  • Baking. Learn new baking techniques, prepare delicious food, discover nutrition tips and share recipes and stories.

  • Games & Puzzles. Love a Big Puzzle? Drop in and help complete our puzzle. Looking for a good book? Browse the Clark Hall Book Room while you’re here. Bring your friends and host a game of cards or chess. We’ll provide the tables, cards and coffee — you bring the players! Filled with natural light and books, our beautiful Clark Hall is a great place to spend an afternoon.  

Book Club

Our Book Club exchanges spark ideas, laughter, and friendship through shared reading and lively discussion each month on Monday at 7:30 - 9:00 PM.

AA Meetings are a confidential and welcoming space for recovery and peer support, open to all who wish to attend.

Men's Contemplative Circle prayer is about slowing down and opening yourself fully—heart, mind, and body—to the present moment.
