Children & Youth Programs

COOK.

  • Rooks to Cooks returns to offer hands-on culinary workshops that teach kids kitchen skills, creativity, and confidence, on PD days, occasional Saturdays, and during March Break.

SPORTS.

  • Rugby Tots brings fun, movement-based games that introduce children to the basics of rugby through teamwork and play on Saturday mornings.

ART.

  • The Artful Child’s newly redesigned studio is where young artists explore materials and imagination in an open, calming environment.

DANCE.

  • Harmony School of Dance hosts Thursday evening classes that blend ballet technique, posture, and music for joyful self-expression.

MARTIAL ARTS.

  • Yeow Taekwondo builds strength, focus, and discipline through movement, balance, and self-defence, offered three days a week for families.

LEADERSHIP.

  • Girl Guides (Embers) encourages imagination, outdoor exploration, and community service in a fun, supportive setting on Wednesday evenings.

YOGA.

  • Family Yoga on Mondays
  • Baby Yoga on Tuesdays
  • Both classes are led by a certified instructor with a focus on strength, balance, and mindful movement in the serenity of our beautiful Clark Hall.

VOLUNTEERING.

  • On the third Sunday afternoon of each month, youth and families prepare 200 sandwiches for St. Luke’s Out of the Cold Food Program.  Youth earn service hours required for High School.
Ongoing Program

Children's Art Program.  Monday to Friday, 9:30-11:30 am; 3:00-5:00 pm.  Multi-purpose Room A - Lower Level.  *School Field Trips and Birthday Party Bookings Available

The Artful Child offers a space that is rich with opportunities to explore a variety of artistic mediums, materials, costumes, instruments, books and music.
