Description:

Join us at the Rosedale Centre for Movement and Mobility, a lively program that blends live music with gentle, effective movement to improve balance, mobility, and overall well-being made for older seniors with mobility issues. Each class is uplifting, social, and designed for people of all abilities.

Rimbala™ is a movement and mobility class created by Dr. Daniel Rubinoff, an award-winning performer, composer, and conductor. Drawing on his expertise in Dalcroze Eurhythmics, Tai Chi, Alexander Technique, and movement analysis, Dr. Rubinoff has developed a method that pairs live, improvised music with simple, accessible movements. Every class is unique, shaped by the participants themselves, and designed to enhance both physical ability and cognitive function in a joyful, interactive way.

At Rosedale, Movement and Mobility is more than exercise, it is an opportunity to strengthen your body, stimulate your mind, and connect with others in a supportive and encouraging space. Whether you are looking to improve stability, boost your energy, or simply share in the joy of music and movement, this program offers a proven and enjoyable path to better health.
