Donation drop off  Sept 13 - Nov 1, 2026

Monday and Thursdays: 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Sunday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Location (159 Roxborough Dr, Toronto, ON M4W 1X7)

Clothing & Housewares: Drop-off at South Entrance Only

Books: Drop-off at Glen Rd Entrance

Silent Auction: Drop-off to Church Main Office, Glen Road Entrance

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE DONATIONS AT THE ROXBOROUGH DOORS!

Clothing, Housewares & Toys
Almost New, Clean and Gently Used and Unbroken Items Only
We are looking for your previously loved clothes, shoes & accessories for women, men, toddlers, children & youth so we can give them a new life at Holly Berry Fair Rosedale.

We accept:

  • All used clothing, including outerwear
  • Shoes & boots
  • Accessories, purses, bags, belts & ties
  • Vintage clothing, jewellery, accessories
  • Working, small kitchen appliances
  • Dishes, silverware & vases
  • Toys, games & puzzles
Books
Almost New and Gently Used Items Only

We accept:

  • Books of all genres
  • CDs, DVDs and Vinyl records

Exceptions, please no:

  • Magazines
  • Dictionaries
  • Encylopedias
  • Old Atlases
  • Books that are marked up, highlighted or in poor condition
  • VHS tapes 
  • Cassettes

Please donate in boxes rather than bags to help keep donations in good condition, thank you!

Silent Auction

If you wish to generously donate to the Silent Auction, please visit here. Please note that if you're donating more than one item, a form for each item is required, and the deadline to donate is November 1st, 2026. We thank you for considering a donation to the 2026 Rosedale United Church Holly Berry Fair Silent Auction. With your help we can do our part to address the needs of our communities.

Donate items worth $50 or more including, but not limited to..

  • Ticketed experiences (opera, sports, theatre, dance, concerts etc.)

Financial Donations
Tax Receipts Available
We'd also appreciate financial donations to help cover costs associated with our Deli Lunch & HBF operations. Tax receipts will be available for donations $100 or more.
