Clothing & Housewares
Almost New and Gently Used Items Only

We accept:

  • All used clothing, including outerwear
  • Shoes & boots
  • Accessories, purses, bags, belts & ties
  • All ages & stages: baby, toddler, kids, youth, men's & women's
  • Working kitchen appliances
  • Dishes, silverware & vases
  • Toys, games & puzzles
Books
Almost New and Gently Used Items Only

We accept:

  • Books of all genres
  • CDs, DVDs and Vinyl records

Exceptions, please no:

  • Magazines
  • Dictionaries
  • Encylopedias
  • Old Atlases
  • Books that are marked up, highlighted or in poor condition
  • VHS tapes 
  • Cassettes

Please donate in boxes rather than bags to help keep donations in good condition, thank you!

Silent Auction

If you wish to generously donate to the Silent Auction, please visit here. Please note that if you're donating more than one item, a form for each item is required, and the deadline to donate is November 1st, 2026. We thank you for considering a donation to the 2026 Rosedale United Church Holly Berry Fair Silent Auction. With your help we can do our part to address the needs of our communities.

Drop-off Times and Locations

Times (Sunday, Sept 13, 2026 - Sunday, Nov 1, 2026)

Monday and Thursdays: 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Sunday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Clothing & Housewares: Drop-off at South Entrance Only

Books: Drop-off at Glen Rd Entrance

Silent Auction: Drop-off to Church Office Receptionist
