Father Richard Rohr, founder of the Centre for Action and Contemplation, describes contemplative prayer as “simply being fully present - in heart, mind, and body - to “what is” in a way that allows you to creatively respond and work toward “what could be.”

Giving voice to personal and global concerns, lament and celebration. Come to be held in prayer or to help hold others. Quiet time to notice the Divine moving within and among us.
