Do you love to sing? Then plan to join our casual weekly sing-along in the Sanctuary. Norm will play the piano and lead the group in familiar songs built around different themes and collections - show tunes, songs by decade, seasonal favourites and more.

Norm has been part of our Rosedale church family for years - stepping in as a guest conductor and pianist, and often here supporting his wife Catherine, who sings in the choir.

Large-print lyrics will be provided. You don't need to be able to read music or have perfect pitch! With Norm at the piano, there are sure to be plenty of great songs to sing and a few laughs along the way.

Meet Norm

Norman Gabriel Nurmi is a Toronto-based composer, conductor and music educator whose career spans professional performance, choral and vocal music, and community music-making. His work has been performed by the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir, and he has worked with organizations including Tapestry Opera and The Hammer Band.
