Donate and participate in the Silent Auction! Place bids on an amazing array of items and experiences online, with bidding opening a week before the Fair. From entertainment, jewellery, and sports memorabilia to cottage getaways and unique handcrafted pieces, there’s something for everyone — and every bid helps make a difference. Help make a difference! We are seeking Adult and Youth volunteers to assist with the Holly Berry Fair. Opportunities will include pre-, during-, and post- Holly Berry Fair efforts such as greeters, face painting and arts & crafts leaders, thrift and book sorters and pricers, deli cooks and servers, and load-in and traffic controllers. Learn more about the volunteer positions here (coming soon)!
Youth can apply the volunteer hours towards their 40 hours of unpaid community involvement to receive their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
Enjoy Farmhouse-style baking (Sat. Nov 21st only) with delicious treats like carrot cake & butter tarts, Holiday cookies, and Home Baking for all!

Indulge in our famous homemade ham sandwiches that are baked and prepared on-site (Sat. Nov 21st only), bagged ham, delectable desserts, and a variety of vegetarian offerings (both days).

Little ones can enjoy Santa’s Interactive workshop with appearances from Santa & Mrs. Claus! While you shop, your kids can make a reindeer headband, decorate cookies and receive Christmas-themed face-painting, bedazzling and playful temporary tattoos.
