The members of the Church Board and Trustees look forward to your attendance and informed participation at our Annual General Meeting (“AGM”). We will celebrate the work of 2025 and look ahead to our 2026 season.
Meeting Time and Location:
The meeting will be held in the Sanctuary at 11:45am immediately following our Sunday morning service on April 26, 2026. If you are planning to attend the AGM in person, you will be asked to sign in when you arrive before our Sunday worship.
Zoom participation for the AGM will also be available for those not able to attend in person. If you will be joining the AGM via Zoom, please send an email to our Board Secretary Fabien Fourmanoit at rucboardsecretary@mailworks.
Coffee Hour/Light Lunch:
Our Sunday after service social gathering will take place in the Sanctuary with coffee, sandwiches and sweets provided so we can move swiftly from our service through to our meeting and the rest of our Sunday activities.
