Our youth meet regularly to explore spirituality, to have fun as a community and to serve people and our planet with compassion.

During COVID, the youth meet monthly for gatherings outdoors, doing scavenger hunts, sharing stories, and learning from each other. They also meet online via Zoom and connect with the youth ministry team regularly.

Youth Gr. 7-8 meet weekly on Sunday mornings during the worship service and once a month for a special adventure during the fall and spring seasons. Youth in grade 9 and up volunteer with our Sunday School and Nursery programs, earning community service hours. We look forward to these conversations as a chance for the youth to explore what it means to follow Jesus and to be called to be the Church.

We are also excited to begin a new project with the North Toronto Cluster of Churches. We will be meeting over 4 evenings and a weekend retreat throughout the school year. Between the ten United Churches of the cluster, the youth will gather and explore their faith, community, and learn about serving others.

The Youth Group participants historically have built friendships lasting many years.
