Tai Chi

$20 per class or $120 for 8 classes with Sliding-Scale option.

DESCRIPTION: Tai Chi is a moving meditation. It can offer the immediate benefits of improved balance (especially useful in preventing falls), posture, coordination, breathing, stamina, and concentration. It can also be very effective in dealing with stress. Tai Chi Chuan is especially relevant to our stressful rapidly changing times since it requires you to embody the Yin-Yang principles of dynamic balance. It is a unique, comprehensive and profound life art with yourself as the work in progress!
