This contemplative midweek gathering offers an opportunity to deepen your spiritual practice in community. Spiritual practices can help us to be more present in our lives and conscious of the divinity that surrounds us. This gathering also offers a means of bringing consciousness and compassion to people and places around the world in need of heart and healing.


Includes a brief time of centering, followed by an invitation into a variety of guided spiritual practices, such as meditation, journaling, spiritual reading, prayer, and contemplation. A chance to reflect, to listen, to breathe, and simply to be!
