Father Richard Rohr, founder of the Centre for Action and Contemplation, describes contemplative prayer as “simply being fully present - in heart, mind, and body - to “what is” in a way that allows you to creatively respond and work toward “what could be.” A 30 minute mindfulness break to help center you and to notice the presence of the Divine in the midst of our living.
