Yoga is a time for stretching, focusing on our breath, and helping our bodies heal. It is also a great chance to gather in community. 

Sarah Campbell, a certified yoga instructor, leads weekly yoga practice that works the body and the spirit, with an open practice for people of all traditions and backgrounds.

No experience necessary, though please bring your own yoga mat.

In compliance with health protocols, we ask that participants bring proof of vaccination to practice in the building. Masks are required. For more on our policy, read here.
