 ing movements improve strength\, flexibility\, and posture while enhancing
  mental clarity and emotional well-being. Studies show Tai Chi can signifi
 cantly improve balance and help prevent falls\, making it especially benef
 icial for older adults but its benefits are universal.\nAt Rosedale\, our 
 Tai Chi sessions are more than just exercise\, they are a chance to connec
 t with yourself and the community in a calm\, supportive environment. Whet
 her you are brand new to Tai Chi or returning to your practice\, you’ll 
 find encouragement\, personal attention\, and the joy of moving with ease.

  year: We will no longer be offering the 4-class pass.\n\nClasses are offe
 red in 6-class terms for $150 ($25 per class). Term Schedule\nTo receive t
 he term rate\, registration and payment must be completed on or before the
  first class of the term. After the term begins\, registration is availabl
 e by drop-in only at $30 per class.\nPayment can be made:\n\nOnline throug
 h this form\nIn person by cash\, cheque\, debit or credit before the start
  of class\nBy e-transfer to churchoffice@rosedaleunited.org in advance of 
 your class\n\nCancellation Policy:\nRegistration fees are non-refundable. 
 Classes cannot be made up or transferred to another term.\n
