Doug Norris retired from active mi nistry in 2019 after 18 years as Lead Minister at Rosedale United Church. He remains a much-loved member of the Rosedale family and returns througho ut the year as a guest preacher.\nWhat many people may not know is that Do ug is also a skilled carpenter - and he has left his mark all over the bui lding. Since retiring\, he has built custom choir risers\, installed our a rt-hanging system\, added bookshelves and a custom bar and shelving in Cla rk Hall\, and most recently built the new fence along the south side of th e property.\nDoug brings the same warmth and sense of humour to the worksh op that many at Rosedale already know well\, so expect the sessions to be practical\, informal and fun.
