Teens are more stressed, and anxious than ever. How do we begin to talk about it?

SCREENAGERS: THE NEXT CHAPTER explores the interplay of social media, family dynamics, mental health, and the emotional resiliency of the next generation. Join us for a conversation about the science of why our youth are so stressed, and how we can create a community that teaching the building blocks of nagivating stress, anxiety, and depression in our modern age.

We are thrilled to have three experts the leading centre in children's mental health, the George Hull Centre for Children and Families They will be available to answer questions about resources and techniques we can use to help our youth grow.

The George Hull Centre for Children and Families is a full-service, mental health centre that assists thousands of children - from infancy to 18 years of age  - and their families each year. A leader in children’s mental health, George Hull uses evidence-based treatments and programs to reduce suffering, provide hope and enhance the quality of life for infants, children, youth and their families. Together we are changing the trajectory of children’s mental health.  

All ages are welcome. Admission is free, though a donation to the George Hull Centre is welcome.
