  about what to eat\, how to stay fit\, or which supplements to take. Inste
 ad we'll take time to slow down and ponder what each new season is invitin
 g in us.\nThe first retreat session is taking place this October. Choose t
 o attend on either October 16 OR October 30. \nThe retreat runs from 10am
