  parents and their babies aged 0-6 months of age.\nDesigned to encourage b
 onding\, ease postpartum tension\, and introduce simple movement and breat
 h work\, the class supports both caregiver and child during the early stag
 es of growth and development. Through guided stretches\, simple poses\, an
 d shared moments of stillness\, participants are invited to move with awar
 eness while responding naturally to their baby’s needs.\nClasses are led
  by certified yoga instructor Miriam Patterson\, an experienced teacher kn
 own for her calm\, supportive\, and inclusive approach. Drawing on decades
  of practice and training\, Miriam teaches a gentle flow style that emphas
 izes breath awareness\, safe alignment\, and mindful movement. Her teachin
 g is grounded in lived experience and a deep understanding of how yoga sup
 ports both physical well-being and emotional connection\, making her class
 es especially well-suited for caregivers and babies navigating early paren
 thood together.\nSessions take place in Clark Hall\, a bright and serene s
 tudio-style space with tall windows that fill the room with natural light.
  The hall’s open\, peaceful atmosphere creates a sense of calm and quiet
  reflection\, offering an ideal setting for gentle movement\, presence\, a
 nd connection. The space supports both physical practice and a subtle sens
 e of grounding that many participants describe as restorative and upliftin
 g.\nPractical Information:\n\nPlease bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.\
 nComfortable clothing is recommended. \nWinter boots must be left outside
  the room.\nStrollers are welcome and may be brought into the building and
  up the lift to the 2nd floor\nStreet parking is available on surrounding 
 residential streets and is typically ample during daytime hours.\n\nRegist
 ration Details:\nClasses are offered in 6-class terms for $150 ($25 per cl
 ass). Term Schedule  To receive the term rate\, registration and payment 
 must be completed on or before the first class of the term.\nAfter the ter
 m begins\, registration is available by drop-in only at $30 per class.\n\n
 Payment can be made:\n\nOnline\nIn person by cash\, cheque\, debit or cred
