Our lives are often busy, and our minds can become cluttered with to-do lists, regrets about the past and worries about the future. Mindfulness and focusing on the present moment has been proven to reduce stress and promote a greater sense of well being. These workshops will provide a nurturing space to invite curious exploration, focus on the present and cultivate mindful practices.
The fee is $20/session. Sliding-scale payment option available.
