You’re invited to participate as a vendor at Holly Berry Fair 2016, at Rosedale United Church.

This year’s Fair takes place Saturday November 19th, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. I’m pleased to introduce Emma Beqaj, Vendor Lead who will help you make all the arrangements to become a vendor. You may reach Emma at hollyberryfairvendors@gmail.com.

As with last year’s event, all vendors will be together on the lower level of the Church, across from the Deli. There will be 6-foot tables throughout, and two areas with 8-foot tables. Our experience has been that vendors who offer items at a modest price point are successful at selling multiple items to each shopper, and have the potential for better overall sales.

Attached please find a copy of the vendor contract. Reserve your spot now by signing and returning the contract along with your payment in full. Please share this with other Vendors you know who may be interested.

You may pay by cash delivered to the Office Administrator in the Church office, or by cheque or money order payable to Rosedale United Church, and mailed to:
