Sunday Morning Services

Following the ancient traditions of the Church, one of our principal practices is that of gathering the community for a time of companionship, attention to the scriptures and teachings, and praise, through music and prayer.

There is solid preaching from our ministers Doug Norris, Karen Bowles and Kristin Philipson, and occasional guests, in the best United Church traditions of scholarship, questioning, and encouragement for faithful living.

Our music program, featuring Wayne Strongman and a largely professional choir also offers delightful congregational song, familiar and new, and a variety of instruments, led by our recently rebuilt Cassavant pipe organ.

This is a sanctuary as well, and a place for silence, meditation, and prayers for ourselves, one another, and the world God loves.

We gather at 10:30 on Sundays and hope you may join us.

Meditation Chapel

There is a time of meditation and prayer before service on Sunday in the Gray Room beginning at 9:45.  Come and find your quiet centre.
