Mostly Chair Yoga
Join Rev. Karen Bowles, yoga teacher in the Sanctuary on Monday mornings from 9:30 – 10:30 for a stretch and strengthen of body and spirit. This class will offer a time of gentle stretching and an introduction to meditation.
January 9 – March 6 (No class Feb 20)

There is no cost for this class. If desired, you may make a donation to our outreach ministries.
Yoga and Meditation in the Sanctuary
Join yoga teachers John Campbell, Sarah Campbell and Rev. Karen Bowles in the Sanctuary on Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:00 for a more vigorous Yoga and Meditation practice. Come stretch and strengthen mind and body. No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary. All are welcome.
January 11 – March 8 – 9 classes – $135
March 29 – June 14 – 12 classes – $180

Cardio Fitness Class
Get your body moving! Join fitness teacher Susie in Copp Hall on Tuesday mornings 9:15-10:15 for a great workout. All are welcome.
