Mostly Chair Yoga

Join Rev. Karen Bowles, yoga teacher in the Sanctuary on Monday mornings from 9:30 – 10:30 for a stretch and strengthen of body and spirit. This class will offer a time of gentle stretching and an introduction to meditation.  

January 9 –  March 6 (No class Feb 20)

March 27 – June 26

There is no cost for this class.  If desired, you may make a donation to our outreach ministries.

Yoga and Meditation in the Sanctuary

Join yoga teachers John Campbell,  Sarah Campbell and Rev. Karen Bowles in the Sanctuary on Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:00 for a more vigorous Yoga and Meditation practice. Come stretch and strengthen mind and body.  No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary.  All are welcome.

January 11 – March 8 – 9 classes – $135

March 29 – June 14 – 12 classes – $180

Cardio Fitness Class

Get your body moving!  Join fitness teacher Susie in Copp Hall on Tuesday mornings 9:15-10:15 for a great workout.  All are welcome.

Tuesdays, January 17 – March 7 – $15 per class

Artist of the Month: Brigitte Nowak

Brigitte Nowak lives in Toronto and spends summers on an island in Georgian Bay. Her paintings, in oils and in egg tempera, explore the nature of reality and illusion, the interface between the human and natural worlds and the line between observation and comment.
