The 3rd Sunday of the month. Taking care of ourselves becomes a spiritual discipline when we do it to take better care of others. A group run while the kids are in worship and Sunday School.

Meditation Chapel

Begin or end your day well in meditation/prayer in the peace of the Sanctuary.  Beginning at the top of the hour there will be a guided meditation and some silence (20 minutes tops).  Leave when you are ready or stay till you need to leave.

The wisdom of tradition. A kind of confirmation for adults.

Artist of the Month: Kate Taylor

Kate Taylor is an abstract artist born in Cambridge, England, grew up in Oakville, Ontario and now works out of her studio in Toronto, Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Western University where she was taught painting by the internationally-renowned artist, Paterson Ewen.
