Palm Sunday – March 25 : the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, welcomed, but with much buzz about the trouble he might cause…regular Sunday service, with Doug  preaching, Communion, baptisms.

Maundy Thursday 8pm : commemoration of the Last Supper, with a simple and meditative service, silence, prayer, communion.

Good Friday – 10:30am : stirring choral music with readings, as we encounter the unjust death of Jesus, the jarring character of the cross.  Featuring (among others) Allegri’s ‘Miserere’.

(*note – No regular ‘Friday Church’ that day)

Easter Sunday April 1,  10:30 am – the central mystery of the Church, ‘for now is Christ arisen!’.  Flowers on the cross, joyful song and hopeful speaking, as we recall this inexplicable conviction, that this Jesus continues to live among us, and in us.
